80's Music and Me

Personally I believe that I’m very up to date with my music but lately I’ve been listening to 80’s music MP3’s in the office and somehow I find it a lot more relaxing than listening to the current top 40 hits. My playlist include Rick Springfield, Human League, Falco, The Alarm, A-ha, etc.

Am I getting old? Will I soon listen to Light & Easy? Will I be like my parents and complain that the music now is not music but 'noise'... why has this suddenly happened? Is there a part of your brain that just switches on/off when you reach a certain age??.. NOOOOO!!!

Oh my god!!.. Tiffany is in my headphones now!!!…

Children behave… that’s what they say when were together….
Running just as fast as we can...
Holding on to one anothers hand..
Trying to get away into the night..
And then you put your arms around me and we tumble to the ground and then you say....
I think we’re alone now….
There doesn't seem to be anyone around....

Ahhh... music was so simple and happy back then....
