Redskins Update

On the request of ‘9’, a new Redskins fan, here is the update of the Redskins playoff game.

Last Sunday I woke up at 5.30 am, put on my Redskins jersey and cap and watched the game*. The Redskins were playing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Tampa. The Bucs entered the game with the #1 defence in the League. True to the statistic, the Redskins only managed 120 total yards on offence (the average is 350-400 yards per game). Nevertheless, the Redskins defence stepped up and played and awesome game, setting up the first touchdown, whilst scoring the second. The defence got 2 interceptions, fumbles, 3 sacks and a touchdown. A pretty decent game defensively.

In the end the Redskins won the game 17-10 and will now play the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday morning at the same time. Win 2 more and we will be Superbowl Champions. It seemed impossible before but if the team maintains it current form, its possible.

Hail to the Redskins!!

*Thank you ESPN for showing the game.
