My Boss, Liverpool & YM

What a day this has been... Boss was in a foul mood, she was up last night to watch Liverpool lose (yes, she's a hardcore Liverpool fan). Luckily, she was in meetings most of the day and only 'popped' into my room in between meetings. That was enough to make the hairs on my neck stand.

Anyway, as boss was in meetings the whole day, my day was just chatting on Yahoo Messenger, read agreement, YM, read, YM, meeting with director, YM and more YM. It seemed like everyone I knew on YM was online today. A minimum of 8-10 conversations going on. I now realise why the Bank I used to work in banned YM. Its a bloody waste of time!! but its a Monday so i deserve to be lazy..

A few things I realised out on YM today:

1. Some people are more open when chatting than face to face.
2. Some people are the opposite of 1.
3. People can hide their true feelings through emoticons.
4. I am not the only person unmotivated on Mondays.
5. I have friends that are dating. Although they might say they aren't
6. It improves my typing skills.
