When I'm Interested and Motivated....

(1) I excert more than the required 100%;
(2) I take the initative to learn;
(3) I find time no matter how busy I am in order to succeed;
(4) I enjoy what I'm doing no matter what;
(5) I don't care what people say or think;
(6) As Nike says.. I Just Do It.


What prompted this??

Well, every year (for the last 5 years) I have been running a Fantasy EPL League with trophy & prize money. The League has grown to 32 teams last season and is very-very competitive. The whole morning I have been creating a blog and doing other research for this coming season. All this while being swamped with work....

Somehow item (1) to (6) above does not happen when I'm doing my required job function...
