This Weekend...

Damn.. its been a hectic morning and I've just been able to check on last nights Wimbeldons results.. well Sharapova lost (Williams won) and the other Semi is suspended...

Anyway, this weekend I will concentrate my sports viewing to the following:

(1) Lance Armstrongs bid to win his 7th and final Tour de France. Personally, i'd like him to win it. He's done so much for cancer research he deserves a good farewell.. Anyway, Le Tour is never really decided in the first week what more the first weekend. Nevertheless, listening to Phil Liggert and watching Le Tour is top priority this weekend.

(2) Tiger Woods bid for US50 million
Will Tiger bring his total prize winnings over 50 million this weekend at the Western Open? Even if he doesnt do it this weekend (which is unlikely) he will definitely be the first ever golfer to win over US50 million in total prize money. He just needs US57,000.. All he has to do is make the cut and finish in a respectable position... and for the record he has only missed 1 cut in over 143 starts. Dont bet your house against it...

(3) Wimbeldon 2005
If it ever stops raining in England.... I would like to see if Federer can get a hattrick of Championsips (assuming he beats Hewitt). It should be an awesome semifinals nonetheless... and also if Venus can finally win again..

Besides that, I guess i'll just see what on tv and enjoy myself... I also plan to get off the couch and hit some balls be it golf, tennis or squash...
