The Super Bowl Ring ... 01/07/2005 ... 12:07am

Dinner was good.. My wife cooked tuna & brocolli pasta (yes, I am married and thank god my beautiful wife understands my love and passion for sports).

Anyway, its midnight and the Womens Semis at Wimbeldon still hasn't started... Guess what?? Its raining in England... Not suprising... Anyway, at lease it gave me a chance to watch Sportscenter Asia.....

2 headlines caught my attention on Sportscenter.

(1) Brazil beating Argentina in the Confederation Cup finals convincingly without Ronaldo (who??). With Adriano scoring goals for fun who needs Ronaldo. Its no wonder Inter Milan will not sell him.

(2) Robert Kraft giving his Superbowl Ring to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Huh??... Yup, that was the reaction I gave. Why would an NFL team owner give his Superbowl Ring (encrusted with 124 diamonds) to the Russian President?? Does Putin even know who the Patriots are?? I reckon if he really didnt want the ring (which is crazy), auction it and donate the money to charity...

Also congratulations to Craig Biggio.... the man to be hit by the most pitches ever in modern day baseball.. That must be one of the most painful records in Cooperstown
